Infused Honey Dishes at Forage Cafe Singapore

Forage Cafe is worth traveling for! It is a Cafe opened by 13 Honey, it is said to be the first Honey theme cafe in Singapore. Sat down at Forage Cafe interior can be pretty educational as they have wall decals stated different types of Honey and their knowledge.

I'm here of course not trying Honey but dishes for meals. I've had the Forage Big Breakfast, it has really crispy and tasty bacon, tastily soft and nicely cut smoked-salmon. The waffle on the dish is soft and mild sweetness, it's very appetizing.

It's a Pan-fried SalmonSteak with Honey Hollandise that has this very unique sauce with a pinch of lemon fragrance. The plating presentation looks like an island of panfried salmon topped with sauteed mushroom, mashed potatoes & salad. Just by looking at it, already turned on my appetite.

The very impressive thing about their drinks... as there are two kinds of people, one who goes to a cafe for drinks... another goes to a cafe for food. If you're the ones who go for drinks, Forage cafe will definitely win your heart. Oops, and that doesn't mean their food is not good. Just that the drinks are so WOW!

I ordered Forage signature drink and it is super refreshing with flavour that is both healthy and tasty... plus the chewing sensation with jelly and passion fruit pop in the drink makes it even more surprising and exciting. I have also tried this unique name drink call the AN-TI-DOTE, it's a taste of a healthy delicacy drink, however, it is refreshing and pretty addictive. Last but not least, their drinks may not be the cheapest, but it's with a generous portion amount.
