Today's Recipe:
Rose Lemonade
Number of Servings: 2-4pax
1. 50g Rose Syrup
2. 100g Rock Sugar
3. 1000g Lemon (cut in halves)
4. 1000g Water
5. Thermomix + Mixing Bowl + Simmering Basket + Spatula
Directions:
1. Place Rock Sugar in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid and set to Turbo, 2 secs.
2. Add Lemon and 500g of water into Mixing Bowl, Cover with Lid and set to 2 sec, Speed to 10.
4. Add another 500g of water and Rose Syrup and stir well.
5. Once it's ready, use the simmer basket to secure lemon skin while pouring its juice from Mixing Bowl. You may Serve Cold with Ice.
Please note: You may replace Rock Sugar with Rock Honey Sugar or Honey. The taste may vary depending on your Honey concentrate.
