Nameko Miso Soup
Number of Servings: 2-4pax
The traditional way to cook by Stove:
What to prepare?1. 450g Daikon (Raddish), cut into Cubes
2. 2-3 Dried Hokkaido Scallop, soaked for 10mins
3. 800g White Rice Water
4. 200g Water
5. 180g Nameko Mushroom
6. 20g Light Soy Sauce
7. 1 Table Spoon of Dried Wakame Seaweed
8. 1 Table Spoon Dashi Stock
9. 2 Table Spoon of White Miso Paste
10. A Pinch of Salt
11. A Pinch Spring Onion
12. A Pot + Cooking Spoon

Directions:
1. Bring Pot of white rice water to boil.
2. Add Daikon into Pot, Boil, simmer, and cover for at least 15mins.
3. Add water, Wakame, White Miso Paste, Dashi stock, Light Soy Sauce, Dried Scallops, and its essence, into the pot. Stir and Mix Well, Boil, simmer and cover for at least 20mins.
4. Add Nameko Mushroom, Spring Onion, and salt and boil for the next 3mins.
5. Once it's ready, add a pinch of salt and stir well.
6. Serve Hot and topped with Spring Onion.

1. Add Daikon and white rice water in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid, and set to 15 minutes, 100 degree, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
2. Add water, Wakame, White Miso Paste, Dashi stock, Light Soy Sauce, Dried Scallops, and its essence in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid, and set to 18 minutes, 98 degrees, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
3. Add Nameko Mushroom, Spring Onion, and salt in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid, and set to 3 minutes, 98 degrees, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
4. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot and topped with more Spring Onion.
