Chinese-Styled Wakame Salad

 

Seaweed or sea vegetables are forms of algae that grow in the sea. Wakame Seaweed contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including iodine, iron, and calcium. Some types can even contain high amounts of vitamin B12 and is a good source of omega-3 fats. This recipe is suitable for the appetizer, eat it before your meal, and feel refreshing before eating your main meals.


Number of Servings: 3-6pax

What to prepare?
1. 200g Japan Wakame Seaweed (wet)
2. 50g Chinese Wakame Seaweed (wet)
3. 10-15g Garlic
4. 40g Spring Onion
5. 40g Oyster Sauce
6. 45g Plum Sauce
7. 10g Sesame Sauce
8. 2x Small Chilli (remove seed & soak in water for at least 5mins)
9. Glass Bowl, Spoon & Fork or Gloves

Optional
Coriander

Directions:
1. Add All Ingredient in a Glass Bowl. 
2. Stir and Mix until well-blend, either by Spoon & Fork or by hand with Gloves. 
3. Refrigerate for at least 15mins before serving cold.
