Today's Recipe:
Strawberry Cheesecake (unbaked)
Number of Servings: 8-10pax
What to prepare?
1. 200g Plain Biscuit
2. 60g Melted Butter
3. 500g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4. 120g Sugar
5. 60g Milk
6. 22g Gelatin
7. 600g of Strawberries
8. 20g Lemon Juice
9. 180ml Whipped Cream
10. 250g Strawberry Jelly powder + liquid mixture
11. Water
12. Baking paper sheet
13. 23cm Cheesecake Mold
Directions:
Cheesecake Base:
1. 200g Plain Biscuit (Crush) + 60g Melted Butter = Crush and Mix together.
2. Add and flatten the crushed biscuit mixture.
Bottom Cheesy Layer:
3. 500g Philadelphia cream cheese + 60g sugar = Mix together
4. 60g milk + 12g gelatin = Mix together
5. Mix Philadelphia cream cheese mixture and milk gelatin mixture in a bowl.
6. Wash 400g strawberry and cut off the stalk, cut into halves.
7. Add strawberries, 60g sugar, 20g lemon juice into the pot, simmer and boil until it turns into almost juicy and watery. Blend it till it become puree.
8. Add 150g of Strawberry puree to the mixture from point 5. Mix together.
9. Mix 180ml Whipped cream with point 8 mixture.
10. Pour it to the cake mold, hit, and shake it until it flattens nicely. Cool in the freezer for 1 hour.
Top Strawberries Layer:
11. 250g Strawberry Jelly + 50g water + 10g Gelatin = Mix together.
12. 250g Strawberry Puree + water & gelatin mix = Mix together. Pour the mix onto the bottom cheesy layer of point 10.
13. Pour it to the cake mold, tilt it around it flattens nicely. Cool in Refrigerate it for 2 hours.
Top Strawberries Layout:
14. Cut more strawberries that will fill up the entire cheesecake top. Cut off the stalk, cut into halves. Stack the inner half facing external and slowly arrange to fit your design preference, for the whole cake.
15. Cool in refrigerator for at least 1hr before serving.
