Recipe: Lavender Rose Tea (Home Remedy for Menstrual Cramp)

Today's Recipe: 

Lavender Rose tea

Rose flower is commonly used in aromatherapy as it possesses healing properties and woman's health-related purposes. It also helps hydrating dry skin, clear ance, helps in anti-aging, and reduces anxiety. In general, rose is said to reduce stress, stimulate circulation, sharpen memory, and boost mood. 

Lavender may also help to calm and heal the pain. It works by reducing the contractions and cramps in the uterus, thus alleviate the pain. Lavender also provides other benefits like treatment of insomnia, soothing of tired muscles, relief from inflammation, restoration of body cells, improves blood flow, and detoxifies the body.

What to prepare?
1. 1/2 tbsp of Dried Rosebud
2. 1/2 tbsp of Dried Lavender
3. 1 tsp of Rose Syrup
4. 1 tbsp of Honey (optional)
5. 1 drop of Doterra Spearmint Essential Oil
6. 350-400g water
7. A Tea Pot + Tea Siever



Directions:
1. Add Rosebud, Lavender, Spearmint EO, Rose Syrup, and Honey in Tea Siever.
2. Soak the Tea Siever mixture with boiling temperature water in a Tea Pot for at least 2 mins before serving Hot.
