Today's Recipe:
Peach Gum Dates Dessert Soup
Number of Servings: 4-6pax
1. 30g Barley
2. 40g Red Dates (from AHealthieryou)
3. 5g Hawthorne Berries (from AHealthieryou)
4. 30g Dried Longan (from AHealthieryou)
5. 40g Honey Dates
6. 20g Ginkgo seed
7. 2x Thumb size Rock Sugar
8. 50g Peach Gum (soaked in water overnight)
9. 800g + 600g Water
10. A Pot + Cooking Spoon

Konnyaku Chilled Tadpole

Directions:
1. Soak Peach Gum in water and Rock Sugar and refrigerate overnight.
2. Add Barley, Honey dates, Red dates, Gingko seed, Hawthorne berries into the pot of water at the boiling temperature. Simmer and boil for 75mins.
3. Add 600g of water and chilled Peach Gum into the pot and boil for 3mins.
4. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot or you may chill in the fridge before serve.

2. Add Barley, Honey dates, Red dates, Gingko seed, Hawthorne berries into mixing bowl and set to 60 minutes, 110 degree, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
3. Add 600g of water and chilled Peach Gum into the mixing bowl and set to 5 minutes, 98 degrees, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
4. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot or you may chill in the fridge before serve.
