The elegant interior sets the scene for a luxurious High Tea experience, where every detail speaks of refinement. As my friend and I indulge in delicate pastries, and sweet and savoury treats, the panoramic views of Singapore's skyline unfold before us, a mesmerizing blend of modern architecture, urban skyscrapers, and Singapore's river.
The ambiance is serene, with soft music playing in the background and the gentle clink of teacups adding to the atmosphere of sophistication. It's a moment of pure indulgence, a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. I adore the modern, spacious interior with its sleek wooden design, while the expansive windows offer a stunning view of the city skyline.
Two standout dishes were the Bonito Prawn Caviar, featuring a rich bonito marinated with sweet ebi and topped with caviar, offering a distinctive and delightful taste. Another surprise was the Foie Gras Cheese Ball, which resembled a sweet dessert but delivered a unique savory flavor. This was my first encounter with a foie gras hybrid dish, and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
In addition to the exceptional food, the premium tea we selected was remarkable. Sakura Sakura, in particular, stood out as a tea blend that we thoroughly enjoyed, adding to the overall delightful experience of our meal.
Combining a breathtaking view with a delightful chitchat with my best friend over delectable petite food is truly a wonderful experience. Although these dishes may appear small, they are surprisingly filling when enjoyed together.
