More Food Stores at Parkway Parade: Koi, Paradise Classic, Saboten Tagosaku, Dal Komm & More!

I haven't been to Parkway Parade in a while, and here I'm visiting and now they've expanded what used to be a retail area to A Parade of New Flavours Dining.

Having said that, with almost 40 years of history, Parkway Parade continues to enhance its mall offerings – first with a refurbished fashion precinct and now, the newly opened F&B precinct. These mark the beginning of Parkway Parade’s revitalization plans and exciting upgrades. This includes the new and upcoming Marine Parade MRT station (Thomson-East Coast Line) in close proximity to the mall that will be ready in 2024, providing greater accessibility for all.

The new F&B precinct consists of 14 stores with a combination of 12 F&B and 2 lifestyle brands. It spans a total area of over 26,000 sqf.

If you haven't tried Hor Fun using prawn broth yet, then maybe you should when you visit Paradise Classic. Using homemade prawn broth (which takes six hours to prepare) adds a twist to the usual Hor Fun dish. An orange-hued broth is achieved by simmering fresh prawns with a variety of spices for hours.

Make sure you Dabao as well at Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks (#01-K37) store.

If you've experienced the delights of Taiwan's Shilin Night Market, you'll surely miss its mesmerizing fried snacks when you return to Singapore. Thankfully, Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks, established in 2003, has faithfully recreated that authentic taste in Singapore. Speaking of which, Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks is reintroducing the Crispy Oyi-Shi Mushroom as an à la carte item for just $5.90, or you can opt for the value set at $12.90, which includes Handmade Oyster Mee Sua and a freshly made drink, ensuring a thoroughly satisfying meal. This item was initially introduced in March 2021 for a limited time and quickly became one of their best-sellers.

The Crispy Oyi-Shi Mushroom is only available at five outlets island-wide, including Parkway Parade.

Beverages & Desserts stores are also worth checking out:

Koi The (#01-K32)

Did you know that some Koi outlets, including Parkway Parade, sell Macarons? These delightful treats blend premium ingredients for unique, natural flavors. Enjoy Chocolate, Pistachio, Rose, Cookies & Cream, and Vanilla macarons at $3.80 each or $19.00 for a box of five.

Ai-Cha (#01-K39)

For a delightful sweet treat, indulge in Boba ice cream and various beverages at Ai-CHA. The name Ai-CHA originates from combining the Chinese characters "爱" (ài), signifying "like" or "love," with "茶" (chá), representing "tea."

Their top three bestsellers include Sund-Ai Boba (my choice), Ai-Creamy Mango Boba, and Ai-Milk Tea Supreme Mixed. The other two appear enticing, filled with various ingredients, as depicted on the TV screen.

Thanks, Parkway Parade for inviting me. =)
