Pina Colada Overnight Oats



Overnight Oats are healthy make-ahead breakfasts, which are usually soaked overnight for a busy and easy perfect morning breakfast. However, for gut-sensitive individuals, eating chilled and cold food can cause uneasy body reactions which can lead to other complications such as digestive sensitivity, fatigue, and more. I'm glad that I've found an easy way when you can still consume overnight oats that is less chilled. This recipe is an instant method, you can add all ingredients beforehand, and only pour milk 5 minutes before eating it.

What to prepare?
1. 40g Revive Nutrition Pina Colada Overnight Oats
2. 20-30g Revive Nutrition Honey Granola+Pistachio & Puff Rice
3. 50-60g Rockmelon, cut into slices or cubes
4. 60g Yoghurt (I'm using Bulla's Australian Natural Yoghurt)
5. 20g Hexa Super Snack
6. 40g Cocomax Chendol
7. 50g Fresh Milk
8. 1 Table Spoon of Honey
9. A Non-metal Food Bowl

Directions:
1. Fill your Food Bowl with Pina Colada Overnight Oats and topped with Honey Granola+Pistachio & Puff Rice, Rockmelon, and Yoghurt. 
2. Add Super Snack and Drizzle honey on top of it.
3. Cover, and place in the fridge.

-5mins before consumption-

4. Add milk to it.
5. You can serve after it soaks for 5mins, mix-well before eating it.
