Fragrant Scallop Spaghetti Pasta

The traditional way to cook by Stove:

What to prepare?
1. 25g Olive oil
2. 25g Laksa Leaf, without Stalk
3. 5g Dried Baby Shrimp
4. 4-6 Scallops
5. 100g Spaghetti Pasta
6. 20g White Wine
7. 5 Shakes of Hexa Italian 4in1 Herbs - Oregano, Parsley, Rosemary, Basil
8. 3 Shakes of Black Pepper
9. 1/2 Handful of Bonito Flakes (optional)
10. 2tsp Mentaiko Roe
11. A Frying Pan + Spatula

Directions:
1. Add oil and Baby Shrimp to the frying pan and heat up the pan for 3-4 mins.
2. Add Laksa Leaf Stir and Mix Well for 3-4mins.
3. Add Scallops, wine, and seasons, Stir-fry for 4mins.
4. Bring the Pasta to boil, and when it's ready, you can either let the scallop remain in it or take them to put aside. 
5. Add Pasta into the frying pan, and fry for 5mins.
6. Transfer the Pasta to a plate... If you have put the Scallops aside, place it back on the plating and top it with Bonito flakes and Mentaiko Roe. 
7. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot.

The future way to cook by Thermomix

What to prepare?
1. 25g Olive oil
2. 25g Laksa Leaf, without Stalk
3. 5g Dried Baby Shrimp
4. 4-6 Scallops
5. 100g Spaghetti Pasta
6. 20g White Wine
7. 5 Shakes of Hexa Italian 4in1 Herbs - Oregano, Parsley, Rosemary, Basil
8. 3 Shakes of Black Pepper
9. 1/2 Handful of Bonito Flakes (optional)
10. 2tsp Mentaiko Roe
11. Thermomix + Mixing Bowl + Spatula

Directions:
1. Add Oil and Baby Shrimp in the dry mixing bowl, cover with Lid, and set to 2mins, 120 degrees, Speed 1.
2. Add Laksa Leaf in the mixing bowl, cover with Lid, and set to 4.5mins, 120 degrees, Speed 1.
3. Open the Lid and scrap down everything. 
4. Add Scallops, wine, and seasons in the mixing bowl, cover with Lid, and set to 3mins, 120 degrees, Reverse Speed 1.
5. While waiting for the Scallops to be ready, bring the Pasta to boil (using another Thermomix/stove). 
6. When the scallops are ready, you can either let them remain inside or take them out and put them aside. 
7. Once the Pasta is boiled till its colour turned lighter, you can move the Pasta to the Thermomix with the ready sauce. Cover with Lid, and set to 3.5mins, 120 degrees, Reverse Speed 1.
8. Transfer the Pasta to a plate... If you have put the Scallops aside, place it back on the plating and top it with Bonito flakes and Mentaiko Roe. 
4. Once everything is ready, you may Serve Hot.

A Great way to save is to cook at home!

Stove cooking style: min. 22mins
Thermomix cooking style: 15mins
