Recipe: Salted Egg Prawn

Salted Egg Prawn

Number of Servings: 2-4pax

The traditional way to cook by Stove:

What to prepare?
1. 115g Margarine (or Butter for a darker colour)
2. 20-30pcs Curry Leaves
3. 80g Hexa Salted Egg Sauce Powder Premix
4. 15-20 Prawns
5. 10g Oil
6. A Frying Pan + Spatula

Directions:


1. Pre-Heat Margarine until it melts.

2. Add Curry Leaves and fry for at least 2 minutes. 
3. Add Hexa Salted Egg Sauce Powder Premix
4. Stir & Cook at Low Flame for 2-4 minutes until Creamy.
5. Leave sauce aside to cool.
6. Add oil into a separate wok and Pre-Heat.
7. Add Prawn and Stir-fry until it has fully turned orange colour.
8. Transfer cooked Prawn to a bigger wok, add Salted Egg Sauce and Mix Well.
9. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot.

A Great way to save is to cook at home!
