Recipe: Butterfly Spritz Soda

 Today's Recipe: 


Butterfly Spritz Soda


Number of Servings: 4pax


What to prepare?
1. 1/2 Tbsp of Dried Butterfly Pea (Brew in 240g of Hot Water for 5mins)
2. 3x Green Kiwi (Blended Bits)
3. 2x USA Orange (Blended into +/- 240g Orange Juice without pulps)
4. +/- 500g of Icecubes
5. 100g of Honey
6. 200g of Singha Soda
7. A nice-looking transparent cup.
8. Fresh Butterfly Pea Flower (optional)

Directions:
1. Add 60g of Butterfly Pea liquid (at room temperature) into the first layer of the cup.
2. Add 25g of Honey into the cup and stir well with the Butterfly Pea liquid until it turns into a dark purple colour. 
4. Add 100g of Ice cubes.
5. Carefully and slowly pour 50-60g (or half of your cup height) of Orange Juice into the cup.
6. Add 30g of Ice cubes. 
7. Carefully and slowly pour 50g of Singha Soda.
8. Carefully scoop the Kiwi blended bits with a Tablespoon to top it on the Ice in the Soda. Repeat 3 times. 
9. Topped the drink with a Fresh Butterfly Pea Flower and you're ready to serve. 

Continue with making 3 more cups with the above sequence. 
Please note: The taste may vary depending on your Honey concentrate.
