Today's Recipe:
Matcha Cheesecake (unbaked)
Number of Servings: 8-10pax
What to prepare?
Cheesecake base:
1. 200g Plain Biscuit
2. 80g Melted Butter
3. 1 Tsp Matcha Powder
Cheesecake fill:
1. 500g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
(Cheese lover can buy heavy cream cheese, the non-Cheese lover can buy light cream cheese)
2. 50g Sugar
3. 10g Gelatin
6. 7 Tbsp Matcha Powder
7. 5g Konnyaku Jelly Powder
8. 1-2 Tsp Lemon Juice
9. 180ml Whipped Cream
10. 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
11. 450g Water
13. 23cm Cheesecake Mold
Directions:
Cheesecake Base:
1. 200g Plain Biscuit (Crush) + 80g Melted Butter = Crush and Mix together.
2. Add and flatten the crushed biscuit mixture on the Cheesecake Mold.

Cheesecake Base:
1. 200g Plain Biscuit (Crush) + 80g Melted Butter = Crush and Mix together.
2. Add and flatten the crushed biscuit mixture on the Cheesecake Mold.
3. Place into Freezer for at least 8hrs.
Bottom Cheesy Layer:
4. Place water into the mixing bowl and heat 5 min / 100 degree / Speed 1.
5. Add Jelly dessert powder, cream cheese, cream, gelatin, matcha powder, sugar, lemon and mix 20 sec / Speed 5.
6. Transfer the mix on top of the Cheesecake Base.
7. (Optional) Topped with Matcha Powder and put it into the fridge for at least 4hrs.
8. Serve Cold.
