Recipe: Stir-fry Star Anise Soy Sauce Chicken Wings

Stir-fry Star Anise Soy Sauce Chicken Wings


Number of Servings: 2-3pax

The traditional way to cook by Stove:

What to prepare?
1. 10g Olive Oil
2. 35g Sesame Oil
3. 10g Shallot Oil
4. 5g Soy Sauce
5. 460g Chicken Wings
6. 1 Tbsp of White Pepper
7. 3g Star Anise Powder
8. A Pinch of salt (optional)
9. A Pinch of sugar (optional)
10. A Frying Pan + Spatula

Directions:
1. Mix Sesame oil, shallot oil, soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, salt, chicken wings and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 Overnight.
2. Add Olive oil to the frying pan and heat up the pan for 2mins.
3. Add Chicken Wings on the frying pan.
4. Stir and Flip until it is fully Cooked.
5. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot.

The future way to cook by Thermomix:

What to prepare?
1. 10g Olive Oil
2. 35g Sesame Oil
3. 10g Shallot Oil
4. 5g Soy Sauce
5. 460g Chicken Wings
6. 1 Tbsp of White Pepper
7. 3g Star Anise Powder
8. A Pinch of salt (optional)
9. A Pinch of sugar (optional)
10. Thermomix + Mixing Bowl + Spatula

Directions:
1. Mix Sesame oil, shallot oil, soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, salt, chicken wings and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 Overnight.
2. Add Olive oil in a dry mixing bowl, cover with Lid and set to 2mins, 120 degrees, Speed 1.
3. Add the overnight mixture into mixing bowl and cover with Lid and set to 16min, 120 degrees, Reverse Speed 0.5.
4. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot.

A Great way to save is to cook at home!
