Today's Recipe:
Stir-fry Lemon Pepper Wings
Number of Servings: 2pax
1. 10g Olive Oil
2. 200g Mid-wings
3. A Pinch of Salt
4. A Pinch of Sugar
5. 1/2 Tsp of Dried Rosemary
6. 1/2 Tbsp of Honey
7. 1/2 Tbsp of Butter
8. 1/2 Tbsp of Hexafood Lemon Pepper Seasoning
9. A Frying Pan + Spatula
Directions:
1. Mix Rosemary, Honey, Lemon pepper seasoning, Salt, Sugar, Mid-wings, and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30mins.
2. Add oil to the frying pan and heat up the pan for 2mins.
3. Add Butter and Mid-Wings on the frying pan.
4. Stir and Mix Well, add Salt and Sugar.
5. Stir-fry until it is fully Cooked and Mix well.
6. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot.
