Recipe: Salmon Capsicum Miso Soup

Today's Recipe: 

Salmon Capsicum Miso Soup

Number of Servings: 2-4pax

The traditional way to cook by Stove:

What to prepare?
1. 100g of Capsicum, cut into Cubes (removed the seeds)
2. 1/2 Table Spoon of Dried Hokkaido Scallop, soaked for 10mins
3. 1 1/2  Thumb size of Ginger
4. 150g Salmon, cut into Cubes
5. 1 1/2 Table Spoon of Dried Wakame Seaweed
6. 1100g Water
7. 15g Light Soy Sauce
8. 1.5 Table Spoon of White Miso Paste
9. A Pinch of Salt
10. A Pinch Spring Onion
11. A Pot + Cooking Spoon

Directions:
1. Bring Pot of 1100g water to boil.
2. Add Salmon, Capsicum, Wakame,  Ginger, White Miso Paste, Light Soy Sauce, Dried Scallops, and its essence, into the pot of water at the boiling temperature.
3. Stir and Mix Well.
4. Boil, simmer, and cover for at least 28mins.
5. Once it's ready, add a pinch of salt and stir well.
6. Serve Hot and topped with Spring Onion.

What to prepare?
1. 100g of Capsicum, cut into Cubes (removed the seeds)

11. Thermomix + Mixing Bowl + Spatula

Directions:
1. Add Water, Salmon, Capsicum, Wakame, Ginger, White Miso Paste, Light Soy Sauce, a pinch of Salt, Dried Scallops, and its essence, in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid and set to 25 minutes, 110 degree, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
2. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot and topped with Spring Onion.
