Seafood Miso Soup



Number of Servings: 4-6pax

The traditional way to cook by Stove:

What to prepare?
1. 1 Stalk of King Oyster Mushroom, cut into Cubes
2. 1/2 Table Spoon of Dried Clams, soaked for 10mins
3. 150g Daikon (Raddish), cut into Cubes
4. 100g Salmon, cut into Cubes
5. 1 Table Spoon of Dried Wakame Seaweed
6. 1100g Water
7. 15g Light Soy Sauce
8. 1.5 Table Spoon of White Miso Paste
9. A Pinch of Salt
10. A Pot + Cooking Spoon

Directions:
1. Bring Pot of 1100g water to boil.
2. Add Salmon, King Oyster Mushroom, Daikon, Wakame, White Miso Paste, Light Soy Sauce, Dried Clams, and its essence, into the pot of water at the boiling temperature.
3. Stir and Mix Well.
4. Boil, simmer and cover for at least 20mins.
5. Once it's ready, add a pinch of salt and stir well.
6. Serve Hot.

The future way to cook by Thermomix:

What to prepare?
1. 1 Stalk of King Oyster Mushroom, cut into Cubes
2. 1/2 Table Spoon of Dried Clams, soaked for 10mins
3. 150g Daikon (Raddish), cut into Cubes
4. 100g Salmon, cut into Cubes
5. 1 Table Spoon of Dried Wakame Seaweed
6. 1100g Water
7. 15g Light Soy Sauce
8. 1.5 Table Spoon of White Miso Paste
9. A Pinch of Salt
10. Thermomix + Mixing Bowl + Spatula

Directions:
1. Add Water, Salmon, King Oyster Mushroom, Daikon, Wakame, White Miso Paste, Light Soy Sauce, a pinch of Salt, Dried Clams, and its essence, in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid and set to 15 minutes, 110 degree, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
2. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot.

Please note: You may replace King Oyster Mushroom with Plain Beancurd. The taste may vary.





Tips: To refrain Raddish bitterness, soak and boil the Daikon in White Rice water before cooking it in the main soup base. (optional)

A Great way to save is to cook at home!
