As a Singaporean growing up in Singapore, it is not rare to have curry over a meal pairing with rice or noodle. Many people have said one of the greatest food in Singapore, are spicy food. You may be a spicy lover or you may also be the one who don't take chillies or any spicy ingredients but you've definitely tried curry before if you grew up here in Singapore.

If you love to eat, it would be almost impossible to not love Singapore. We've all kind of food here, comes in all kind of tastes, shapes, aesthetic, presentations and portion. So many Singaporean and non-Singaporean loving our local food here.

Furthermore if you love curry, you'll love the taste of Singapore's version of curry. Fu Xiang Signatures sells Chinese styled Traditional Curry, serve spicy dishes with different set of recipes.

As I was told, they serve every of their customers with free appetizer Singapore's traditional biscuits before their meal are served. It's something rare to see especially when they're not a restaurant but a food stall in the Food court.

With 4 hours of Hand preparation, 5 hours to create their secret chilli paste recipe with 21 spices & herbs and 1 hour to cook the perfect curry, they will definitely make sure you're fulfilled with the quality of the Curry serve here.

It is simple as it can get, a bowl of curry with some biscuit serves and pair with Calamasi drink.

The next dish served is my favourite side dish of the day; Sambal crispy pork. Absolutely love the taste of it. Although it is really spicy and I'm not a fan of spicy food, but I'll just bear with it and eat it. As you can see, it's kind of a Celebrity dish here.

There's another Celebrity dish of the day which many Singaporean would crave for it. It's Fish Head Curry Assam. Served in a Claypot with ingredients such as eggplant, ladies finger, fried beancurd skin and of course the Fish head. It's a good dish to share with 2-4pax, depending how much you can eat.

Chicken Biscuit Curry Rice set and Emperor Cream Sauce Chicken are equivalent as popular as the other dishes served. Chicken Biscuit Curry's presentation makes me think of Japan Katsu Curry when I sees it, however it's definitely a different dish with a similar look. Emperor cream sauce chicken taste similarly like salted egg yolk but not as rich as salted egg yolk. It's a home-made sauce made by Fu Xiang Signatures.

The best of all, it isn't expensive. Quality food, convenient location and it's affordable pricing.
