Let me share with you the variety we had:
🐔Gourd Chicken (葫芦鸡)
🐟Douhua Fish Fillet (豆花鱼)
🐷Dry Pot Pig Intestines (干锅肥肠)
🐷Boiled Pork Slice Meat (水煮肉片)
🐄Beef Noodle (红烧牛肉面)
Firstly, I would like to share that The Gourd Chicken boasts a vibrant and distinctive presentation, with impeccably crispy chicken skin. The batter, not overly thick, contributes to a delightful thin texture that complements the overall experience. The dish reaches a new level of excellence when combined with the provided spices (namely Szechuan香辣粉), enhancing its flavor profile for a truly enjoyable dining experience.
Undoubtedly, our absolute favorite, and it stands out remarkably: The Dry Pot Pig Intestine surpassed my expectations, impressive with its superb marination and enticing flavor. The dish is exceptionally appetizing, featuring a well-balanced combination of vegetables and meat that pleases the palate. Ideal for savory enthusiasts, the texture of the intestines adds another layer of enjoyment to this remarkable culinary experience.
The drawback is that if you plan to take the food to go, each container will incur a minimum cost of $1, potentially adding around $5 for five dishes. Consider going eco-friendly to save both plastic and dollars. Additionally, be aware that the portions are generous, so it's advisable to invite more friends to share the meal if you want to try a variety of dishes.
