I visited during a heavily rainy evening; otherwise, I could have captured even more beautiful shots. Fortunately, as the night progressed and the rain eased, the experience became more delightful. The entertaining live band added to the enjoyment, rocking along with the music, and the delicious food, coupled with some refreshing drinks, made the evening thoroughly enjoyable.
Guriru Grill is an innovative charcoal grill concept, introduced by Anagram Food Lab in collaboration with Chef Teppei Yamashita from the renowned Teppei, draws inspiration from the traditional Japanese hamayaki, also known as the fisherman's grill.
