Complete Japanese Atmosphere in Bangkok Thailand at Kenzo Suisan Restaurant

I've had the opportunity to dine at Isomaru Suisan 磯夬水産 in Japan, and it was only after getting to know their brand I discovered they have branches in various regions of Japan and even in some other countries, possibly under slightly different names.

The global concept of these stores is quite similar, but there can be slight variations in the menu and taste. During my visit to Bangkok, Thailand, I came across one of their branches, which goes by the name Kenzo Suisan.

While in Japan, I truly missed their famous Kani, which is Crab Miso. When I saw their outlet in Bangkok, I couldn't resist the temptation to eat it again. However, tasting it in both countries revealed unique characteristics. Japan undeniably boasts incredibly fresh seafood that we all can't deny.

Thailand, on the other hand, offers a rich and aromatic flavour that perfectly complements its local food culture. I particularly enjoyed the way they grilled oysters with soy sauce and butter, a surprising twist from my expectation of having them raw with lemon and chill sauce.
