Ama Ebi Capsicum Miso Soup



Number of Servings: 3-5pax

The traditional way to cook by Stove:

What to prepare?
1. 100g of Capsicum, cut into Cubes (remove the seeds)
2. 1/2 Table Spoon of Dried Scallop, soaked for 10mins
3. 1  Thumb size of Ginger
4. 10-20x Japan Sashimi-Grade Ama Ebi/Sweet Shrimp (cut sharp surface, remove eggs, don't remove the head)
5. 1 1/2 Table Spoon of Dried Wakame Seaweed Mixture
6. 1500g Water
7. 10g Bonito Powder
8. 1.5 Table Spoon of Red Miso Paste
9. 100g Fresh Tofu
10. A Pot + Cooking Spoon

Directions:
1. Bring Pot of 1500g water to boil.
2. Add Ama Ebi, Capsicum, Wakame, Ginger, White Miso Paste, Light Soy Sauce, Dried Scallops, and its essence, into the pot of water at the boiling temperature.
3. Stir and Mix Well.
4. Boil, simmer, and cover for at least 30mins.
5. Once it's ready, stir well.
6. Serve Hot and topped with Spring Onion (optional).

What to prepare?
1. 100g of Capsicum, cut into Cubes (remove the seeds)

Directions:
1. Add Ama Ebi and ginger into Simmering Basket and Add Water, Capsicum, Wakame, Red Miso Paste, Bonito Powder, Dried Scallops, and its essence, in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid and set to 25 minutes, 110 degree, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
2. Remove Simmering Basket and add Tofu in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid and set to 3 minutes, 98 degree, Reverse Spoon to 0.5.
3. Once it's ready, you may Serve Hot and topped with Spring Onion (optional).


A Great way to save is to cook at home!
