I had the delightful pleasure of indulging in the Prawn & Scallop jang Bibimbap at The Kimchi Dining, and I must say, it quickly became the highlight of my dining experience. I was served a side of soy marinade sashimi that was exceptionally fresh. Its quality was so impressive that I couldn't resist savouring some of the sashimi as it was, without mixing it into the Bibimbap. If you find yourself craving for more when you dine here, you can actually have the option to enhance your meal with the addition of the Soy Marinade Prawn & Scallop set. Plus point!
I had the wonderful opportunity to try a variety of Kimchi served together on a single platter (which looks kinda pretty) and it's awesomely amazing and of course with a spicy kick.
At Kimchi Dining, I had the pleasure of trying Korean Herbal Tea, which was elegantly presented in a charming perfume-like bottle. The aesthetics alone were enough to captivate me. I decided to order the Jeju Tangerine Peel & Roasted Bellflower Root blend. The Jeju Tangerine Peel offered a refreshing burst of flavor, perfect for a hot day, while also boosting the immune system. On the other hand, the Roasted Bellflower Root provided a unique and soothing experience with its calm and subtly bitter notes, known for alleviating coughs and colds. It carries a gentle hint of bitterness, purposefully crafted to offer a healthful drinking experience.
