Golden Salted Egg Cornflakes
If you love anything Salted egg, this is a Must-make one-of-a-kind snack. It's actually easier than thought. Also, thanks to the Hexa Food mix, there are so many lesser steps for preparing Salted Egg Sauce. A Great snack over Netflix.
Number of Servings: 3-5pax
1. 4 Tbsp Butter/Margarine
2. 1 Handful of Curry Leaf
3. 80g Hexa Food Salted Egg Chili Mix Sauce (or, original but you add small chili on your own)
4. 1 Pkt Kellogg's Cornflakes
5. 1 Tbsp Sugar

What to prepare?1. 4 Tbsp Butter/Margarine
2. 1 Handful of Curry Leaf
3. 80g Hexa Food Salted Egg Chili Mix Sauce (or, original but you add small chili on your own)
4. 1 Pkt Kellogg's Cornflakes
5. 1 Tbsp Sugar
6. Oil
7. Frying Pan
8. Preheated oven at 150 degrees for 10mins
Directions:
1. Add Curry Leaf & Butter/Margarine to the frying pan and fried for 8-10mins.
2. Add Hexa Food Sauce and mix well until it becomes creamy.
3. Add Sugar and mix well for 2min.
4. Add Cornflakes and mix well.
5. Once it's ready, transfer to the Oven Tray with a piece of Baking paper with sprays of oil.

8. Preheated oven at 150 degrees for 10mins
Directions:
1. Add Curry Leaf & Butter/Margarine to the frying pan and fried for 8-10mins.
2. Add Hexa Food Sauce and mix well until it becomes creamy.
3. Add Sugar and mix well for 2min.
4. Add Cornflakes and mix well.
5. Once it's ready, transfer to the Oven Tray with a piece of Baking paper with sprays of oil.
6. Bake at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes until it turns slightly golden.
7. Once ready, take it out to let it cool completely before serving.

2. Add Hexa Food Sauce, cover with Lid and set to 2mins, 120 degrees, Speed 1.
3. Add Sugar and set to 1min, 120 degrees, Reverse speed 1.
4. Add Cornflakes and set to 5min, 100 degrees, Speed 1 (for half pkt), Speed 2 (for 1 full pkt).
5. Once it's ready, transfer to the Oven Tray with a piece of Baking paper with sprays of oil.
