🐔 T͟o͟w͟ ͟K͟a͟y͟ ͟M͟e͟a͟l͟: The Chicken rice set aka the Tow Kay Meal has very fragrance rice, it's not too oily although the rice seems slightly glossy.. Pairing with the tasty chili sauce makes a perfect tasty blend. I especially love the chicken skin. Omg, it's so smooth and juicy. Plus point for the Soft Braised Beancurd, it's their signature.
🐽 F͟l͟a͟m͟e͟ ͟T͟o͟r͟c͟h͟e͟d͟ ͟M͟e͟n͟t͟a͟i͟k͟o͟ ͟C͟h͟a͟r͟ ͟S͟i͟e͟w͟: Last but not least, this is a MUST-TRY. Char Siew is a very traditional sides and dish but @haikeesg have made and served them so differently from others. This Chinese-Japan fusion dish tasted splendid and the presentation of the dish is really appetising. Plus point for the juiciness and the bonito flakes and fish roe toppings.
