Igokochi Dining Bar: Affordable Japanese Bento

If you happened to be in the West of Singapore and love Japanese cuisine, Igokochi Dining Bar may be somewhere affordable and relaxing. 

Igokochi Dining Bar is located in a quiet neighbourhood of West Coast, it's tucked at the corner of the mall named NEWest. The vibes of this restaurant are pretty on-point, you can feel a pinch of Japan here. 

If you miss Japan, or a good Japanese Bento meal... in a restaurant. This is probably somewhere you can hop to and enjoy its good food along its atmosphere. The price range is about $20++ for the bento I ordered and the quality is really premium. The portion is quite generous as well, great for big-appetite eaters. 

If Bento is not your thing, you can also opt for the casual Omakase from $98-$158, however, it's only available for pre-booked eating appointments as they are pretty popular there for Omakase. 

Last but not least, if you visit in the nighttime... you can choose the Alfresco seats for a better ambience pairing with Beer, Umeshu or just any Japan Alcohol that you may love. The Alfresco seat is only available after the Sunset.
