Lavender Berry Jasmine Tea

Jasmine flower is commonly used to make medicine. Jasmine has been used for liver disease (hepatitis), liver pain due to cirrhosis, and abdominal pain due to severe diarrhea (dysentery). It is also used to cause relaxation and in cancer treatment.

Lavender may also help to calm and heal the pain. It works by reducing the contractions and cramps in the uterus, thus alleviate the pain. Lavender also provides other benefits like treatment of insomnia, soothing of tired muscles, relief from inflammation, restoration of body cells, improves blood flow, and detoxifies the body. 

Number of Servings: 1-2pax

What to prepare?
1. 5g of Dried Jasmine Flower Bud
2. 3g of Dried Lavender
3. 20g Blueberries
4. 1 tbsp of Honey (optional)
5. 350-400g water
6. A Tea Pot + Tea Siever

Directions:
1. Add Jasmine Flower Bud, Lavender, Blueberries, and Honey in Tea Siever.
2. Soak the Tea Siever mixture with boiling temperature water in a Tea Pot for at least 2 mins before serving Hot.
