Today's Recipe:
Brown Sugar Boba
Number of Servings: 2-4pax
1. 170g Tapioca Pearls
2. 80g Brown Sugar Powder
3. 80g Hot Water
4. 2x 3/4 Pot of water
5. A Pot + Cooking Spoon
Directions:
1. Bring Pot of 3/4 water to boil.
2. Add Tapioca Pearls into boiling water.
3. Stir the pearls to make sure that the pearls are mostly floating and not stick together. Boil and stir for 25mins. (no need to cover the lid)
4. Mix 80g of Brown Sugar Powder in 80g of Hot Water while waiting for the boil.
5. Once the pearls are done, wash and rinse it with room temperature water.
6. After the rinse, place the pearls in the pot of 3/4 water and Boil for 30mins, this time cover with lid.
7. Once the pearls are done, wash and rinse it with ice water.
8. Mix it in the Brown Sugar Mixture, cook until it boils for at least 5 mins.
9. Soak in the same mixture for at least 15 mins before consuming.

1. Place 3/4 water in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid and set to 8 minutes, 115 degrees, Speed to 1.
2. Add Tapioca Pearls into boiling water, close lid and set to 25 minutes, 115 degrees, Reverse Spoon to 1.
3. Mix 80g of Brown Sugar Powder in 80g of Hot Water while waiting for the boil.
4. Once the pearls are done, you may use the simmering basket to wash and rinse it with room temperature water.
5. After the rinse, Place 3/4 water in mixing bowl, Cover with Lid and set to 30 minutes, 115 degrees, Reverse Spoon to 1.
6. Once the pearls are done, you may use the simmering basket to wash and rinse it with ice water.
7. Mix it in the Brown Sugar Mixture, set to 8 minutes, 115 degrees, Reverse Spoon to 1.
8. Soak in the same mixture for at least 15 mins before consuming.
