Curry Fish Ball


Number of Servings: 4-6pax

The traditional way to cook by Stove:

What to prepare?

1. Wok + Chinese Spatula
2. 350g Bobo Straits Story Curry Chicken Paste (You may follow its very own recipe at the back of the package for Curry Chicken recipe or you can follow mine for Curry Fish Ball recipe, both works)
3. 800g Chicken Mid-wings
4. 2x Mid-size Potatoes, peeled skin (optional)
5. 400ml Fresh Coconut Milk
6. 700ml Water
7. 260g / 6x Bobo Xi Dao Fried Fishball

Directions:
1. Season mid-wings with Bobo curry paste for about 20-30mins.
2. Deep-fried potatoes till golden brown. (optional)
3. Lightly fry the seasoned mid-wings and add 700ml of water. Turn to lower heat simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add fried potatoes and coconut milk.
5. Serve hot with french loaf or white rice.


The future way to cook by Thermomix:

What to prepare?

1. Thermomix + Mixing Bowl
2. 350g Bobo Straits Story Curry Chicken Paste
3. 800g Chicken Mid-wings
4. 2x Mid-size Potatoes, peeled skin (optional)
5. 400ml Fresh Coconut Milk
6. 700ml Water
7. 260g / 6x Bobo Xi Dao Fried Fishball

Directions:
1. Season mid-wings with Bobo curry paste for about 20-30mins.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and water into Mixing Bowl, set to at least 15 minutes, Varoma, Spoon.
3. Serve hot with french loaf or white rice.

A Great way to save is to cook at home!

Time spent;
Stove cooking style: min. 40-50mins
Thermomix cooking style: 35-45mins
