Fragrant Chicken Curry

1. Wok + Chinese Spatula
2. 100g Oil
3. 3 Clove of Garlic

1. 3 Stalk of Lemongrass
2. 180g Shallots, peeled
3. 1 inch Ginger,
5. 1 inch Tumeric
(All chopped and smashed)

Set B
2. 10g Tumeric Powder
3. 2g Paprika chilli powder (Add 1-3g for extra spicy)
4. 40g Curry Powder
5. 1 Cinnamon stick
6. 1 Teaspoon Star Anise Powder

Set C
1. 300g Chicken Mid-wings
2. 300ml Water
3. 200g Potato, cut in cubes
. . . . . . .
Set D
1. 200g Coconut Milk
2. 50g Soy Sauce
3. 1 Teaspoon of Salt

Directions:
1. Add oil to the Wok and heat up the pan for 2mins.
2. Add Garlic and Stir-fry for another 2mins.
3. Add Set A Ingredients, mix and stir well, and add Set B Ingredients and Stir-fry for at least 15mins.
4. Add Set C Ingredients, mix and stir well, for at least another 15mins.
5. Add Set D Ingredients, mix and stir well, for another 3mins.
6. Once it's ready, serve Hot.

Directions:
1. Add all Set A Ingredients in Mixing Bowl, cover with Lid and set to Turbo 2 sec.
2. Open the lid, scrape down and repeat step 1 until it turns into paste alike.
2. Add all Set B Ingredients into Mixing Bowl, cover with Lid and set to 15 minutes, Varoma, Spoon.
3. Add all Set C Ingredients into Mixing Bowl, cover with Lid and set to 15 minutes, Varoma, Spoon.
4. Add all Set D Ingredients into Mixing Bowl, cover with Lid and set to 1 minute, Varoma, Spoon.
5. Once it's ready, wait 5 minutes before open up and serve Hot.
