Mischief: Al Fresco Dining Experience in the City

Enjoy views of the city vibes and architectural of Esplanade Mall while dining with incredibly delicious dishes on the menu of Mischief. 

Check out these Burgers with unique names; Stoners, Mamacita and The Lovebird.

Stoners:
Toasted Brioche bun, grilled patty, slow-cooked mushrooms with herbs and melted creamy cheese, a touch of ketchup, arugula virgin olive oil.

Mamacita:
Toasted brioche bun, grilled patty, pepper jack cheese, custom roasted chili blend, sriracha mayo, crispy shallots, spring onions.  This is for serious spice freaks.

The Lovebird:
Toasted brioche bun, 2 golden deep-fried chicken thighs, melted cheddar, fried egg, charred onions, pickled jalapeno

Next, we've Fries.

Fries are something that everybody loves and get addicted to it especially those with additional flavours. Here are Atomic fries; Thick cut crispy fries, cheese sauce, sriracha mayo, spring onions, shimichi togarashi spices, okaka furikake seasoning.


Along with Truffle Fries Maximus; Thick cut crispy fries, sauteed mushrooms with thyme, grana padano cheese, white truffle oil, chopped chives.

One, and two of my favourite dish of the day is this Clams & Bacon Linguine as well as the other similar dish which is buttered clams.


Buttered Clams; Sauteed garlic, lightly browned butter, a splash of white wine, 500g of half shell Korean flower clams, chopped parsley, okaka furikake seasoning. Especially love its gravy along with the texture of the clams. Clams & Bacon Linguine; Korean flower clams, sautéed bacon, garlic, chopped Italian parsley, a splash of virgin olive oil. I'm both a clam lover as well as a bacon lover, both taste blend really well together in this Linguine dish.

Next, this platter of chickens... comes with an unique name of "The Chicken Farm".



The Chicken Farm; Buffalo wings, SG style prawn paste chicken, cheezy popcorn chicken, grilled nachos with salsa and guacamole.

Next, this section is for meat lovers!


BBQ Baby Back Ribs; 16 hours slow cooked baby bak ribs with Mischief’s special spice rub, fries and a side salad.

Wagyu Beef Brisket; Grade 4 Wagyu beef brisket slow-cooked for 24 hours, black pepper crust, fries and salad.

Crackling Pork Belly: Roasted pork belly with Maldon sea salt, whole grain mustard, garlic, onion, oregano


Pairing food with drinks that you may love, archives the perfect combination.



Featuring Drinks from Mischief:
Upside Down Soju Slushie; A full bottle of Korean soju, ice-blended yuzu.

Coronarita; A full bottle of corona and strawberry slushy.

Mochatini; Shot of bailey’s, Kahlua, espresso and topped with cocoa powder and crunchy coco pops.


Last but not least, a simple dessert to end off this Dining here.
Vanilla Sundae; Honey nut granola, choco muffin chunks, choc chips, caramel sauce
