Each Gift box comes with either 4 or 8 Mooncakes of your choice. These artisan designed mooncakes come with four flavours.

1) The Heavenly Pomelo features fragrant pure white bean paste balanced with the buttery taste of pine nuts, enveloped in tangy pomelo flavoured flaky pastry. 

2) The Golden Lime showcases a marriage of tradition and innovation. Relish the mild sweetness of pure White Bean Paste and savoury Salted Egg Yolk wrapped with chewy Mochi, housed in airy flaky pastry made with a refreshing blend of Kumquat and Lemon. A burst of flavours that refreshes the senses. 

3) Revel in The Royal Persimmon, a contemporary variant of the traditional pure Red Bean Paste Mooncake, with Mochi and Salted Egg Yolk, swathed in Persimmon infused flaky pastry. A seamless combination of sweet & savoury flavours.

4) The Imperial Dragon Fruit takes the delight in the imperial dragon fruit, featuring an aromatic fusion of pure Yam paste and Black sesame seeds, complete with a soft Mochi center, encased in Dragon fruit-infused light flaky pastry. An award-winning masterpiece.

My favourite of the day is the Golden Lime, and the second is the Heavenly Pomelo. My husband's favourite is the Royal Persimmon and the Imperial Dragon Fruit. Makes it a balance to order all flavours altogether.
