It's the time of the year again to be in the mood for Christmas! December is a month of celebrations and parties. The festive mood engulfs all, no other seasons just like this one that brings everybody together as one. Be it the closest people to you, families, your bae, or colleagues who are with you throughout the year, it's a good excuse to set up gathering and of course enjoy gourmet feast together.
Before I start sharing more, this flaming Baby Lobster Miso Yaki dish will make you feel much excited, enthusiastic and impressed while you have your feast!
Apart from the decorated table, there's a whole lot of refreshing dishes waiting for my roaring stomach and my drooling mouth. Nope, I won't eat the table. I will start off with my appetizer of the day!

Tomato Watermelon Carpaccio
Tomato or Watermelon? Eat it together, refreshing blend altogether. The Dish is so well-presented, without a closer look you may not even realized the Tomato and watermelon round slices are alternate on its plate.
Soup of the day:
Celeriac Veloute Truffle Oil
Do you love or hate the pungent taste of truffle in the soup? Not to worry, as heard there will be free flow truffle oil for you to add in your soup to your own preference of its taste.
Pan-seared Foie Gras with Raspberry Sauce
Foie Gras is exactly as delicious as you've heard, it always makes my soul fly to heaven and back. What's even better is... Element Restaurant at Amara Hotel is providing unlimited quantity of Foie Gras just for you. Yes, you've heard correctly. Buffet styled for Foie Gras. Sounds exciting already right?
Lobster of the day:
Baby Lobster Miso YakiApart from the excitement of flaming baby lobster on the plate. You can also eat as many as you want. Sounds like a Buffet that is worth the value uh? Especially if you're a big and heavy eater. Unlimited good food awaits!
Slow Roast Turkey with Sze Chuan Spicy SauceI really love the little attention on the plate, food presentation with mini Enchanted Garden, this Food presentation is too cute to eat.

Last but not least, not forgetting the Christmas Log Cake. So remember to leave some stomach space for the cake, or throw away your pants belt to eat till the fullest this Christmas season!
