Motivated by the flavours of Taiwan, the restaurant owner embarked on a journey with the goal of bringing authentic Taiwanese tastes to their customers. They also aimed to introduce a fusion of flavours and creative presentation, ensuring that every diner could experience the delight of experiencing their exceptional style. 

I'll begin with the vegetables, and if you have a fondness for indulging in king oyster mushrooms, especially those with a robust and distinctly Taiwanese flavor, a MUST-TRY for you is the San Bei Mushrooms. The combination of basil, sesame oil, rice wine, and soy sauce creates a harmonious fragrance that's truly remarkable.

The Beef noodle soup featuring braised beef offers a wonderfully tender and melt-in-your-mouth experience. The broth is rich yet delicately balanced, making it enjoyable even for those who prefer a mild taste for beef in the dish. As for the Prawn Toast (left side of the right image), its shape and texture resemble traditional toast, yet it seamlessly blends with the prawn paste, creating a unique hybrid that is both toasty and crunchy.

Let's talk about A8undance's Gua Bao, the inclusion of peanut crisps, its inspiration from Taiwanese cuisine, significantly elevates the overall texture of this dish. The ample fillings of peanuts and the salted vege, perfectly balanced in terms of moisture, complement the various textures in this dish. Especially fragrantful when accompanied by a hint of coriander.

Finally, the Salt & Pepper Squid has a crunchy coating and it's tender squid yea, it's not too oily. The Wasabi mayo maintains its pungent while offering a delightful and aromatic touch. 

PS. When you're torn between choosing snacks or ice cream, you can indulge in the best of both worlds at A8undance. They present their ice cream fashioned into the shape of a Popiah, creating their Unique Peanut Ice Cream Roll!

They even offer creatively named dishes, and I've heard that the CCB (Crispy Chicken Bun) is a popular choice here as well.
