Today let me bring you to Wine Mansion at Keong Saik for an indulgence of both wine and food in a single experience.

Those who love eggplant will love Harissa Eggplant, which comes with of course Harissa paste, which is a Tunisian (North African) condiment. Red chiles, garlic, citrus, and other ingredients go into making it. A unique paste, it's hard to find elsewhere.
My favourite dish of the day is the long-pulled Baked Spinach. It's blended Spinach with cream and baked in Bechamel Cheese. This is a very tasty combination without the raw taste of spinach. The texture and taste of Bechamel cheese are fantastic.
Those who enjoy pork dishes should try the deep-fried pork with an extremely crispy texture paired with homemade chili sauce. This dish pairs well with any type of alcohol.
Enjoy the setting, the atmosphere, and the delicious cuisine while you relax and enjoy a drink.
We also had the Pulled Pork Cheese Melts Quesadilla, a dish that infused Filipino cuisine, Adobo. It melts in your mouth because it is sweet, tangy, and soft.
Also, do not forget the Tomahawk Steak, which is quite a generous portion with a very affordable price of $98 per portion, which averages 1 to 1.3 kg.
Finally, we finished our meal with dessert, Black Sambo Panna Cotta Chocolate and Milk Custard.
