Peach and Pomegranate Overnight Oats


Pomegranate seeds look stunning sprinkled simply over the top of the overnight oats. Their vibrant color really lifts the appetite, and the way they burst in your mouth complements the chewy dried fruits in the overnight oats.

What to prepare?
1. 130g Oats
2. 40g Granola
3. 10g Quinoa
4. 10g Chia seed / Basil seed
5. 25g Signature market's Antioxidant Boost
6. 25g Signature market's Berry Treasure
7. 30g Signature market's Omega 3 Trail Mix
8. 1 Table Spoon of Honey (add half spoon more if you like it sweeter)
9. 240g Fresh Milk (alternately you may use Soya milk for more flavourful overnight oats)
10. 1 Peach, cut into slice or cubes
11. 1/2 Pomegranate, deseeded
12. A Non-metal Food Container + Cup/Bowl (Ikea PRUTA food container is the best fit for this recipe)

Directions:
1. Add Chia seed / Basil seed into a small cup/bowl, add water to soak for 10mins.

While waiting for the chia seed/basil seed, let's make the overnight oats.
2. While you soak your chia seed, fill your container with Oats, and thereafter Granola, Quinoa.
3. Add Signature market's Antioxidant Boost + Berry Treasure + Omega 3 Trail Mix into the container.
4. Place Peach nicely alongside the edge of the container and add Pomegranate as well.

When the Chia seed / Basil seed is ready. 

5. Top with Chia seed / Basil seed in the middle of the Container.
6. Drizzle honey on top of the fruits.
7. Add milk to it.
8. Cover, place in the fridge and soak for at least 8hrs.
9. Once it's ready, You may serve chill.
