The technology for loading digitally ordered dishes onto model bullet trains was first developed by Japanese chain Genki Sushi, an industry leader in those popular revolving (conveyor-belt) sushi restaurants. I always thought there was only Sushi Genki doing this, now I'm glad I've also found out Sushi GO. It's more than just eating. My brother and I enjoyed the vibes here.
After you’ve been seated (via a QR code) scanned via your phone and there, you can select your order, the mini bullet train beltway is how Sushi Go delivers its affordable sushi rolls, fried appetizers, sashimi and more to customers, direct from the chef to your seat via “high-speed” miniature bullet trains.
The food was fresh and delicious, looks as good as it tastes! It's so nice we even ordered two of the same dish and portions to enjoy the moment.
Unagi lovers shouldn't miss out Unagi-GO on the menu.
Last but not least, the dessert may look simple but it is also the MUST-TRY dish!
I love the Hokkaido Chocolate Ice cream, bite it and you will know why...
The crunch from the waffle outer skin blends well with the cold chocolate ice cream in it, what I love most about the dessert is that piece of detailed chocolate in-between the ice cream and the waffle. I'm sure you will love it too.
